Hello and welcome to the final week of our February challenge, The Antifragile Compass.

We have spent three weeks rewiring your nervous system. We diagnosed The Disconnect (The Freeze Response). We audited The Rationalization Trap (The Intellect Override). We calibrated The Signal (Anxiety vs. Intuition).

This is Stepping Into the Light with Dr. Melissa. Sign up for clean, clear, accurate narcissistic abuse recovery content to guide your transformation straight to your inbox.

This Week is About Trusting the Captain

For the high achiever, hearing your intuition is only half the battle. Acting on it is where the terror sets in.

You are used to making decisions based on data, evidence, and spreadsheets. You want proof. But Intuition does not give you a spreadsheet. It gives you a heading.

It says “Go Left,” but it doesn’t give you the ten-year projection of why left is the right choice.

This week is about Leadership.

We are going to flip the hierarchy of your internal boardroom. For years, your Intellect has been acting as the CEO, demanding that your Intuition provide “evidence” before it is allowed to speak.

This week, we implement The Navigation Protocol. We promote your Intuition to CEO, and we demote your Intellect to what it was always designed to be: The Manager.

The CEO sets the vision (The “What”). The Manager executes the logistics (The “How”).

You have the calibration. Now you need the governance structure. Below the paywall, we will run the 3-Step Navigation Protocol.

I will give you the specific framework to make high-stakes decisions—whether it’s leaving a relationship, firing a client, or pivoting a business—without needing “proof” to validate your knowing.
